Registration (take-over of t-shirt and drinking regime) will be open from 09:00am to 09:50am.
We recommend for all participant to come on time not later then 09:00am. If somebody will come later after 9 am will not get workout t-shirt and water . Thank you for your understanding.
Spartan Workout Tour presented by ČSOB Na Zdraví is a series of training sessions designed not only for all seasoned Spartans who live in the Spartan lifestyle but also for people who are still preparing for their Spartan premiere. Everyone who wants to run and practice, try to get obstacles or spend an active day with the side of the same-minded people.
Workout will take about 2 hours. It consists of warm-up, main training and stretching. Workouts will be divided into 3 groups after graduation, alternating in 3 workstations. The stations will focus on the different spartan areas of training and strength, speed, dexterity and teamwork. At each station, STG trainers will take you through the entire habit and train.
Breaking into groups is random, not a performance groups.
We recommend that participants have their own drinking regime.

Spectators can bring their cameras with them, but they must be careful when taking photos so that they do not jeopardize the health of the other participants in the event. Spectators are forbidden to enter the racetrack and spaces that are not intended for them.
Toi-tois will be on the spot.
BAD WEATHER AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES
In case of very bad weather, natural disasters, organizational and technical complications, SPARTAN reserves the right to change, modify part or all of the workout in order to maintain the safety of competitors, spectators and organizers.
ACCREDITATION OF NEWS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
Only accredited journalists, photographers, and filmmakers will be allowed to filming, photographing and moving along all sections of the track.
You can apply for an accreditation in advance by email at firstname.lastname@example.org at least 2 days before the event.

WHAT TO BRING
A completed and signed waiver, ID or other document with photo and Insurance card. Yeah, and do not forget about good mood and smile.
We recommend all terrain shoes or similar sneakers. We certainly do not recommend bare foot running because of a very hard and diverse terrain. As a dress you will have our Spartan T-Shirt and shorts. Material wool and cotton is not recommended.
