Athleticism: Father’s Day WOD

Today’s Father’s Day workout is meant for you and your kids to do together. Show your children how far you can push yourself by doing as many sets as you can.

Warm-up

  • 75 jumping jacks

Main set

  • 5 Burpees
  • 10 Walking Lunges
  • 1 lap Run around the house or building where you live

Repeat up to 10x. If your kid(s) get tired, pick them up and carry them on your back, then finish your sets!

Finish by stretching with your kids.
