Athleticism: Do You Dare?

Warm-up

  • Jump Rope – 3 minutes
  • 10 Pistol Squats
  • 10 Plyometric Pushups
  • 10 Glute Kickbacks

Main set

  • 100m uphill terrain sprints, walk to start. Repeat for 20 minutes,
  • Trail Run 35 minutes.

Cool down

Stretch
